The most important thing about food is enjoying how it tastes.  The goal of Megan It Tasty is for you to eat food that is enjoyable and healthy at the same time.  We do this in a way that makes you stop obsessing about your weight or if you’re eating the right or wrong things so that you can feel confident about what you are eating and enjoy the way your body looks.

  1. We have an initial free phone consultation where we discuss what your goals are and what you are struggling with. To schedule your free phone consultation, e-mail  If we feel like we are a good fit for each other, we schedule the initial session.
  2. At the initial session, we do an in-depth health and food history.   At the end of the initial session, we formulate specific action plans (or “experiments” as I call them), which are actions that you take for the following week.  The experiments can include how to make food a priority, meal planning, the best foods to eat and cook, preparation and shopping logistics, having a good body image, exercise and exercise goals, changing mindset, affirmations and being positive, self-care and self-discovery.
  3. During the next session, we discuss how the previous week went, if any adjustments need to be made, and establish new actions to take until we meet again at the next session.


We meet regularly either in person or over the phone to follow up on progress and stay on track.


The cost is $180 for each 45 minute session.
